There is a degree of risk when you sign up to a big job like a solar and battery install but throughout I found Nairn from Viking Electrical to have provided a great level of service. He explained how the install would work, and kept in regular touch to advise when the work would be done. The team that came worked quickly, were courteous and explained the new setup clearly, and from what I can see far the job looks spot on. What more can you ask for?
Good communication prior to the start of the job - everything happened exactly when Nairn said it would. Solar installation completed in 1 day - and what a day, it rained heavily all day so the guys on the roof were soaked. Required paperwork, warranties, insurance etc all explained on completion and handed over in a pack. Everyone worked so hard and never stopped all day. Nairn and the team were all very friendly and a joy to have around. An amazing experience all round and I would highly recommend Viking Electrical contractors.
